By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides information about Aevisa, our research and product roadmap, and a way to register interest in our early-access waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us with enquiries.

The Site does not currently provide any health-related product or service. Any product references (including the Aevisa Platform, Aevisa Score, Aevisa Active, and Aevisa Nutrition) describe products that are in development or planned. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or supply a product.2. No medical advice

Information on the Site is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Use of the Site

4. Waitlist and newsletter

If you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter:

·        You confirm the email address you provide is yours

·        You consent to us emailing you with updates, news, and information about Aevisa

·        You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails or by emailing hello@aevisaglobal.com

·        Inclusion on the waitlist does not guarantee access to any future Aevisa product. Access will be at Aevisa’s discretion and subject to separate terms when the relevant product launches.

We process the data you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy (aevisaglobal.com/privacy).

5. Contact form

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that you are not impersonating anyone else. We may use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, the Aevisa name, the Aevisa logo, the “A” mark, and all underlying software — is owned by Aevisa Holdings Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

·        Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent

·        Use any Aevisa name, logo, or mark in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without our prior written consent

·        Use the Site or its content to train any machine learning or AI model without our prior written consent

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Aevisa does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Availability and changes to the Site

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify all or part of the Site without notice for operational, maintenance, security, or legal reasons. ·        Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

·        We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss

·        We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings

·        Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site and these Terms is limited to £100

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you use the Site for any business purpose, we are not liable for any business losses.

11. Indemnity

If your use of the Site breaches these Terms or any applicable law, you agree to indemnify Aevisa against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that breach.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice) constitute the entire agreement between you and Aevisa relating to the Site. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.
