Delete your AEVISA account
This page explains how to permanently delete your AEVISA account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete via the AEVISA app (recommended)
Open AEVISA on your device
Tap Settings
Tap Privacy
Tap Delete account
Confirm the deletion
Deletion is processed within 30 days.
Option 2: Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, or if the in-app deletion is not accessible, send an email requesting account deletion to:
Include the email address you signed up for AEVISA with. We will confirm receipt within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account credentials (email, password hash, user ID)
Your profile (name, date of birth, sex at birth, preferences)
Your daily log entries (sleep, energy, movement, water, mood)
Your habit records
Any biomarker PDFs you uploaded, and any extracted biomarker values
Your Daily AEVISA Score and AEVISA Healthspan Index history
Your wearable connection metadata (Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit)
Your notification preferences
Analytics logs tied to your user ID
What is retained (and why)
Anonymised aggregate research data (if you opted into the Test C research cohort separately) may be retained under research ethics rules, in fully de-identified form
Transactional email delivery records (email + timestamp only, no content) may be retained for up to 12 months for anti-abuse and fraud investigation
Backups may retain your data for up to 30 days after deletion before being overwritten
